The Website Confidence Club – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining The Website Confidence Club (“the Membership”).

Please read this information carefully. By purchasing or accessing the Membership, you are entering into a legally binding agreement and you accept these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement is made between Momentum Marketing Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, and you, “the Member”.

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms of the Membership so both parties are clear on expectations, responsibilities and the standards

required to ensure your experience is positive, supportive and productive.

1. Payment Agreement

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

When joining on a monthly subscription, you agree to pay the monthly fee at the rate shown at the time of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

When joining on an annual subscription, you agree to pay the annual fee in full for 12 months’ access.
Annual memberships are non-refundable and not pro-rata’d in the event of early cancellation.

2. Cancellation Terms

Cancelling a Monthly Membership

To cancel, please email [email protected].
Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided.
Please allow 2 working days for cancellation processing.

Cancelling an Annual Membership

You may cancel at any time; however, annual membership fees are non-refundable.
Access will continue until the end of your 12-month term.
Please allow 2 working days for cancellation processing.

3. Membership Access & Responsibilities

You must be 18 years or older to join, unless written parental permission is provided.

Membership is non-transferable.

You must not share your login details with anyone else.

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

Access may be suspended or removed if payments fail or if terms are breached.

4. Availability of the Membership Platform

The platform is generally available 24/7.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

Content—including templates, tutorials, trainings, and resources—may be added, updated, changed or removed at any time.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All Membership content is owned by Momentum Marketing Global Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Your membership grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own learning and business development.

You must not:

Share content outside your account

Redistribute or resell templates, courses, or materials

Copy, replicate or teach the Membership curriculum as your own

Remove branding or claim ownership of materials

Use any Website Confidence Club branding or visuals without permission

You may use the skills and knowledge gained to support your own business.

6. Fair Use Policy

Your access must be genuine, reasonable, and aligned with normal personal usage.

You must not:

Mass-download content

Use automation scripts to extract materials

Attempt to replicate, hack, copy or exploit the platform or its content

We reserve the right to limit or suspend access if usage appears excessive or abusive.

7. Community Rules

The Membership may include community spaces such as discussion boards, optional direct messaging, comments, and live calls.

You must not post or contribute content that is:

Abusive, harassing, harmful, offensive, unlawful or defamatory

Misleading or fraudulent

Promotional or spam-like

Disclosing sensitive or private information about others

Infringing on others’ intellectual property

Containing viruses or harmful code

We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in membership termination without refund.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected and used in line with our Privacy Policy.

By joining, you agree that:

We may contact you about your membership

Your information may be used for administrative purposes

Marketing communications may be sent related to the Membership

We may disclose information where legally required

9. Suspension or Termination of Membership

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate membership if:

Payments fail

You breach these Terms

Your behaviour disrupts the community or learning environment

You misuse content or materials

We reserve the right to refuse membership applications at our discretion.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Except where required by law:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform

We do not guarantee specific results or improvements to your website or business

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

All content is provided for educational purposes

You are responsible for your own implementation of all resources.

11. Bonus Events, Challenges & Limited-Time Resources

From time to time, the Membership may include additional events, such as:

Website challenges

Seasonal events

Limited-time trainings or resources

Guest expert sessions

Bonus templates or downloads

Unless stated otherwise:

Access is available only to active members at the time of release

Once your membership ends, access to time-limited resources ends

These items are not guaranteed as part of the core Membership offer

They may be changed, withdrawn or expired at any time

Members are responsible for accessing or downloading any limited-time bonuses before they expire.

12. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may cancel your membership before the new Terms take effect.
Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
