Thank you for your interest in joining The Website Confidence Club ("the Membership"). Please read these terms carefully. By purchasing the Membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between us. This Agreement is made between The Website Confidence Club ("we", "us", or "our") and you ("the Member"). Its purpose is to set out the details of the Membership so both parties understand expectations and responsibilities, ensuring a positive and respectful membership experience.

Payment Terms

Monthly Membership

By purchasing a monthly plan, you agree to pay the Membership fee on a recurring monthly basis. Payments will continue unless or until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel at any time.

Annual Membership

By purchasing an annual plan, you agree to pay the Membership fee upfront for 12 months of access. This payment is non-refundable and not subject to pro-rata adjustments if you choose to cancel before the end of your 12-month term.

Cancellation Terms

Monthly Memberships

You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] at least 2 days before your next billing date. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any remaining time.

Annual Memberships

You may cancel before your next renewal date by emailing [email protected] at least 2 days prior. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued once payment has been processed. All Sales Are Final – We do not offer refunds on either monthly or annual plans. Please purchase mindfully.

Membership Access & Responsibilities

Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and over. If under 18, parental consent is required. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details or allowing others to access your account is not permitted. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Access may be suspended if payments are not received.

Availability of Content

We aim to provide continuous access to the membership platform but may occasionally experience downtime due to maintenance or technical issues. Content is updated regularly. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content as needed.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content within the Membership is the property of The Website Confidence Club or its licensors. Your membership grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, copy or repurpose content for commercial use or external training. You may apply the strategies and knowledge learned to your own business or client work, but redistribution of templates, downloads, or training materials is strictly prohibited.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

We enforce a fair use policy to protect the integrity of the Membership. Misuse includes excessive downloading, use of automation tools, sharing of materials, or behaviour that disrupts the platform. You must not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; attempt to access other members’ accounts or private data; upload harmful, defamatory, or infringing materials; or use the community to spam, promote, or solicit services.

Community Guidelines

The community space is supportive, inclusive, and professional. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend access for any member who breaches these guidelines. Promotional content, spam, or disrespectful behaviour is not permitted.

Privacy

Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We use your information to provide services, deliver updates, and share relevant offers. Your data will never be sold or shared outside the scope of the membership, except where required by law.

Membership Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct that harms the community or brand. Access may be revoked immediately and without refund in these circumstances.

Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver high-quality content and support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, business growth, or financial success. You are responsible for implementing what you learn. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss (direct or indirect) arising from the use of our platform, materials or advice.

Amendments to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. If you do not agree with revised terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
